Is there any other programs like photoshop that can be used to edit facial features?

I have also been wondering what programs other than photoshop people have used. I want to buy a photo program but not sure which one would be the best to edit photos???

I love plain old photoshop (thanks ariel!). I gave myself a virtual nose job to see what I would look like with a better nose and a touched up face.



Now I really want a nose job.
