I see your point, as an avid waxer. It's just a little surprising, how some have a natural "this is me" appearance, particularily when it's more hair than normal in that spot.
We have a well know surgeon who,whenever I would be on the elevator with, I had to look the other way. He had ear and nose hair growing in every direction. Outside the orifices.

At times small children wear swimsuits here, but for the most part we just let 'em run around naked. Even if its just a hot day in your garden in the city. It's hot and the human body is nothing to be ashamed of and they're kids for goodness sakes. This whole secenario sort of reminds me of that story about the apple and those two crazy kids in the Garden of Eden if you ask me
