Now that I look at the picture at work I can't believe I called it an enchildada yesterday.

Some of my favorites include: Burritoville (Route 66 veggie chorizo, done crunchito style w/ tortilla crumbles mixed into the burrito  )
La Bamba (Burritos as big as your head!!!  )
