and unfortunately I think I am quite in love with her.


But she has a boyfriend. Who lives three hours away

and she hardly ever sees him.

Still, a boyfriend nonetheless.

I did once, a while back....my boy's cousin used to visit him every summer....and as bad as it sounds, she made the rounds through his friends....I was first....and each following summer, it would be another....until she'd gone out with each of us (a circle of 3)....it was when she was with the last one of our clique that I pulled the okey-doke and sabotaged his run....it almost cost me the friendship....so I haven't done that since.....

....I still ended up hooking up with the girl on and off over the years before I got married.....when I told her I was married, she went apeshit....I half expected to come home to a boiling rabbit ala Fatal Attraction.....

I don't think I've ever had this situation, though that's probably owing to my not having many friends and not being very sociable. The girl I'd theoretically considering hooking up with (were I not married to her friend) doesn't have a boyfriend or anything as such so much as a client list, and while I have on occasion thought about her in a sexual way I'd really rather just shake her by the shoulders and try to make her realise what she's doing to herself.
