Bamboo towels and sheets and stuff. Has anybody gotten into the bamboo craze? I found this cool store in Vancouver, BC that sells these wonderful, super-soft bamboo towels. I know they're supposed to be very eco-friendly (because bamboo grows fast w/o pesticides and whatnot), but I wonder if they're as absorbant as they're supposed to be, how they wash up, etc.
The sheets are appealing too, but again, I wonder how they wash, durability, etc. ? oh noes, prince is gonna soo me!!1!

They sound great. Do they have a website? Procrastination is the art of keeping up with yesterday.

I am just reading about them online. Bamboo towels are 3 times more absorbent than cotton ones. I wonder if the last along time, and are worth investing in? Procrastination is the art of keeping up with yesterday.

I haven't had them for very long, but they seem like they are pretty durable. They are definitely better than some other sheets that I have bought.

The company I work for carries these, so I could get them at a great discount. But I haven't yet because I don't know how they take to bleach. (I will not buy towels or sheets that can't be bleached.) We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

My tailor has been experimenting with bamboo fabrics and has a suit he does with it....i like the idea but the colouration of his fabrics does not suit my skin tones.
