Wide Leg vs Skinny

Yes, this is a huge debate people. Life changing! lol Do you prefer wide leg jeans or skinny jeans? I prefer skinny jeans personally. First of all it took me a whole year to feel confident enough to buy some and since then I haven't looked back. Now I own about 5 pairs in different colors. Plus they're more rock n' roll! I love how nice and slim they make you look. Wide legs are cool but I literally wore wide leg jeans for about 10 years so i'm over them now though they are nice.

Just depends.
Depends on the shoes, depends on the shirt, depends on the day, depends on the mood.

Jess, you say that you're too short and your legs are too thick to wear skinny Jeans? How do you figure?
I'm 5'3" and my legs are sort of thich at the thighs but I've found several pairs of skinny jeans that I look great in. hmmm

i know just what you mean. i hate clothes that have an excess amount of material on them. all of my clothes are practically spring wear. i like less material and a nice fit. not tight though. i like boot cut jeans too but not bell bottoms which is funny because i was rocking bell bottoms forever. who knows maybe in another 10 years i'll be over skinny jeans too.

I don't have a problem with my big butt. I just need to dress appropriately for my body shape.

emo skinny is no good. you gotta have a juicy butt to wear emo pants. if you have no butt and you wear those skin tight jeans, you just end up looking sad and assless. don't do that. snug is good.

I have that problem as well. I have a big booty and big thighs (well Im just plain all around fluffy since Im 5'3).I like the skinny jeans that way they dont make my body look HUGE. I like the baggy shirts(big sweatshirts and t-shirts), if they are tight I can stand it, it restricts my movements.

I wear what is comfy to me.

The problem I always have is to get them to fit through the hips and thighs I have to go a bit bigger and then the waist is waaaaay too huge.

They need to make jeans with room in the hips and then small around the waist. mad

It took me at least 5 years to break the skinny leg habit and switch to wide, I will never go back. NEVER!
