I love my 86 yo nanna, the woman still works but she cant even park!!! Here you can't get a driver's license until you're 18 but it doesn't matter, I still say old people cos ime they drive more erratically whereas dumbass young drivers are consistently being assholes ie speeding, cutting off etc and it's easier to anticipate. | |

My father is 75 and he's a great driver. He's never had one accident in the 55 years that he's been driving. He's got great reflexes and gets his eyes checked regularly. We live in a very busy city and he still drives around every day without causing any problems. I think that once you hit 80, you should have to test every year (both written and in car). | |

elderly drivers think it's okay to do the speed limit in the left lane. of course when they were in their 20's, the speed limit was 35 mph--so going 55 or more now is asking a bit much. they start acting like they're the millenium falcon or some shit-- | |
