To answer your question: yes.

I do think, however, that female ejaculation is a reletively new phenomenon in Western culture.

It has been my observation (and experience) that it's more common in Eastern sexuality, a general part of the foreplay experience not much unlike cunnilingus and fellatio.

I will say that it has never happened with anyone I've been involved with from the West. But my relationships with Eastern partners it was always a very standard part of our sexual experience. And they generally had a basic, commonly understood technique involving a deftness of the hand, that could produce the desired result within 30-60 seconds.
