Do you Believe in the Devil and would you sell your Soul to him?

If the Devil or his servant came to you and said you can have what you want, but you gotta sell your Soul would you do it? In otherwords does the End justify the means for you in order to attain your goals. How Immoral are U?

Errrm... allow me to quote Nietzsche:

"On mine honour, my friend," answered Zarathustra, "there is nothing at all of that whereof thou speakest: there is no devil and no hell. Thy soul will be dead even sooner than thy body; fear, therefore, nothing any more!"

I don't believe in a devil or hell or satan. I think hell is actually the tormented state of being distant from God. That's self-imposed. Some people self-impose distance from God. Although evidence of God is all around them, it will take them years 2 admit it. Because there is actually no such thing as hate but a lack of love, hell doesn't exist.

2 me, at least.

Is this really natashas thread now or the hater from the chat room? anyway, yes, i do believe theres satan and demons that work 4 him. we constantly have 2 fight him. no, i wouldnt do any deals with him. sometimes, its tempting, but in the long run one would suffer.

Whatever, know-it-all dumbass.

STOP ORGNOTING ME like I told you before, you dingy, infantile broad. Grow the f*uck up before it's too late. It's obvious you're making sure that everybody (except the guy who wants to get under your skirt) is annoyed by your constant, unapologetic, idiocy.

Get thee behind me satan. Damn!

I don't belive in some little red guy with hooves, horns, and a pitchfork.

Evil obviously exists, but not its cartoon personification.

I try not to devote my life to anything evil, I dont have 100% track record at it tho.

Not really. Think about it. Even the most "evil" figures in history had love in them. They loved ther family, or they loved their country (even if they did go 2 far)

Hitler loved power, which probably stemmed from feelings of insecurity. No1 is born inherently evil, even Napoleon or whoever. Napoleon was a short guy, probably felt inadequate because of his size, so he conquers the world. Sounds far-fetched I know, but have u ever heard of "Napoleon Syndrome"?

Anyway, I can b angry and say I hate u, but I'm really saying "I have no love 4 u." Saying I have no love 4 u is more accurate and is totally different than saying "I hate u" because that implies that there is a presence of hate, NOT an absence of love. I don't give hate that much power. In fact each time I address it, I give it more power.

I TRY 2 look at things in a "loss" situation. Like, "there is a lack of love here", NOT "this place is full of hate."

It's a hard concept 2 grasp but it really makes sense, 2 me. It's kind of like is the glass half empty half full.

OK, Im going 2 bed now. smile

I do hate. It's a completely natural and legitimate emotional expression.

According to the myth, bluesman Robert Johnson sould his soul to the devil in the 1920's to be the best bluesguitarist ever. He died very young though so, learning from Mr Johnsons example, I don't think I'm gonna sell my soul to anybody.

I believe that there is a very strong negative entity in the universe, call it the devil, satan, evil, or whatever. I could never sell my soul to the negative one because God, the Father, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the Creator, owns my soul, and my soul is not for sale.

You do realize that in the song "Anna Stesia" Prince accepts Jesus Christ as his savior.

Heaven and hell are just representations of other positive and negative things, but could also be real locations. They can be what you make them to be. But, people, have an open mind however you look at it, because some define heaven and hell differently, but in actuality, it is all the same. Heaven is what some people consider ideal positivity, Hell is what some people consider negative in some way.

Everyone has opinions, even some believe that negative for some is good for them, and we must not judge people for this, because this is their individual opinions, and only God can judge.

Yep, I've met the Devil. He's a real 'tard! I wouldn't sell him my old TV, much less my immortal soul! I mean really, what would he do with it? Probably molest it, or something.

Oh, and do you really think he'd give you all that money fame etc and get it right? Hell no! He'd screw up a free lunch, I'm telling ya. You'd probably wind up really rich, but a quadrapalegic (just ask Larry Flynt, he made a really sucky deal! He's got money and women galore, but his winky don't work)!

Nope folks, it really isn't worth it to sell your soul to ol' Louie (my name for him). He'd just come over to your house and eat all your chips anyway. Last time he dropped by the Black Lagoon, he drank all my beer! What an asshole!
