I need to get ready for half-past six as my cousin's picking me up to go to a friend's party.

I'm just sat here in my sloppy shorts and t-shirt, chain smoking and downloading rubbish music.

I want to clean the bathroom before I have a shower and get dressed but I really can't be bothered.

I need some motivation. I need another cup of tea.

Just get off your arse and do it!
