Shit is always best talked to a person's face. I make a point of never saying anything about a person I cannot say to them.

And what you said about backstabbing is so true. Some people seem to think that one is expected to forget or something.... I seldom forgive and I never forget, but I will move on regardless.

Best advice, be rude. If we're talking about somebody on the Org, block them from Orgnoting you, and send their emails straight to spam or automatic deletion. If it's a person irl, block their phone numbers if you have that service, or screen calls if you have caller id. Once you have told them you want nothing to do with them, you no longer have any obligations whatsoever towards them. Thus you can be as rude as you want.

my employee talks shit behind my back all the time. of course, she always says shit to people who hate her and like me, so of course it all gets back to me ina matter of minutes. it's part of my daily ritual to break her ass down in front of her coworkers. watching somebody who talks shit behind your back but stammer, stutter and backtrack to your face is always a good way to start the work day

I don't have problems with shit talkers anymore.

I took a 2 week course in Sopranology and it cured all my shit talking worries. Now people don't even look me in the eye....unless they want to get their legs broken you ass caved in.
