this...is...just....nasty...! Leonard Dickman, 90, accused of flashing undercover police officer
Leonard Dickman, a 90-year-old from Indiana, was charged with public indecency Tuesday afternoon after Cincinnati police say he exposed his genitals in a local park and then fondled an undercover cop. WXIX-TV says Dickman pleaded guilty the next day to misdemeanor public indecency and was sentenced to six months of probation. He was also barred from entering local parks. This isn't the first time Dickman's come to the attention of local police. The Enquirer, a fellow Gannett publication, has more on his arrest record. Back in January, we reported on another Ohioan who greased up his body and ran naked through the high school cafeteria until he was shocked by a local police officer.
