BERLIN (Reuters) - A German bus driver threatened to throw a 20-year-old sales clerk off his bus in the southern town of Lindau because he said she was too sexy, a newspaper reported on Monday.


"Suddenly he stopped the bus," the woman named Debora C. told Bild newspaper. "He opened the door and shouted at me 'Your cleavage is distracting me every time I look into my mirror and I can't concentrate on the traffic. If you don't sit somewhere else, I'm going to have to throw you off the bus.'"

The woman said she moved to another seat but was humiliated by the bus driver.

A spokesman for the bus company defended the driver.

"The bus driver is allowed to do that and he did the right thing," the spokesman said. "A bus driver cannot be distracted because it's a danger to the safety of all the passengers."


What do you think? What about her rights? Is this sexual discrimination?

i can see how he had a point that her cleavage was distracting him, but he didn't have to yell at and humiliate her.

I agree that drivers should concentrate on their driving, but sometimes it's very hard when there is so much T & A to be seen while out in public. I'm not saying that us women shouldn't dress sexy, but we shouldn't be hanging out all over either. I saw a young woman on the subway the other day and her boobs we spilling out everywhere and she seemed damn proud of it too. Give me a fucking break. If she's not looking directly at him and licking her lips and squeezing her boobs, then she's not to blame.

There are lots of distractions out there on the road, and drivers should be able to control themselves until one hottie gets off the bus at her stop.

After my upskirt thread a few days ago, I don't think I should comment on this.

And EVERY man knows how to drive & check out women at the same time

I think if the woman in question was wearing something really risque, then yes, that's worthy of a news story, but the fact they only stated she is a sales clerk and didn't mention her attire at all - I think the driver acted inappropriately, especially if he is dealing with the public, and she was just a customer wanting to take the bus.
