I met a ghost in 1978. When I was in the 3rd grade. His name was lance. I was in line with with the other kids like normal. We were all facing forward and the kid lance was facing backward, towards me. He had a bright light around him. The sun was coming up too. It all merged. No one else could see him. He was talking and appearing only to me. He told me he was dead and that his family and he, had all died on a local known dangerous highway back in the 60's. And that he had attended the school years before. I asked him. I was like You're dead?! And he answered very clear and normal. He said, Yes I'm dead. I said oh. Calm and stunned. I asked him if he was with his family He said sometimes. I asked him, why appeared to me. He said calmly. You seemed like a nice guy. There was a seance held in the gym over the weekend and he had been there and was still around. I was like they had a seance at my elementary school. In the lunchroom/gym. I was 8 at the time. I asked if he was happy? He said again real calm. Yes, I'm happy. I then asked him. Are you in heaven? He said yes. I said What is it like? He began to talk real sincere and open. But I saw his lips move but no sound was coming out. He seemed unaware of his voice not making any sound. I could not hear him,. And slowly faded away while still talking. I felt this strong feeling. He was saying too much and that someone or something override him. To keep the answer unknown. For unknown reason. I was stunned and at the same time comforted. He did say for sure there was an afterlife. But what's it like left unanswered and unspoken. I never saw him again or had a similar experience. But I never forgot the occurrence. And half always wonder the meaning or reason it happened. When it did. It was all a little to casual and calm to forget. The mystery remains.

My ex roommate saw dead people all the time. It freaked me out at first. He saw my cousin and some little girl in my house. He says the little girl is always around. He once told me that my mother was worried about me.

Did anyone watch the finale to GHOSTHUNTERS last night? I think the Manson Murders segment really really freaked me out and bothered me. It was the EVP that was so unsettling.

What would you do if you suddendly saw a ghost or something similiar to the Sixth Sense and asked for help or just wanted to get into contact with someone? My aunt says that sometimes spirits or ghosts only appear to the people that the know have strong will or really brave. In my case however if something like that happened to me I think I'd freeze in terror like those small baby chickens or birds!
