Do you remember the time you thought you had offended me in a thread and sent me orgnotes to apologize? You are so nice.  I really like spicy food. I mostly put Jalapenos on a lot of my food.

How did I feel? Honestly? I wasn't scared at all - it was a 'Woah!'  moment, if only because I'd never received an Orgnote of that length, by anyone, ever before. Otherwise, not scared - I know you well enough, Richard. You're very much like me in that regard; it stems from a desire to communicate. 
And, no, I don't think you're insane. I think you're a *very* spiritually enlightened person - very much in touch with your emotions. If people are scared by that - or think you're weird - well...

2. What is your perfect date with someone? Fuck - I didn't realise this would be so tricky.  Something pretty low-key, probably. I don't like too much fuss - maybe a meal, a few drinks in the pub. I quite like the idea of going camping somewhere, just me and a guy, somewhere in nature. To be brutally honest, though, I never really think about it because I very rarely go on dates. I never get approached by guys and I don't approach the guys that I like. I have got so used to being single that that question is almost alien to me.
3. What is your perfect weekend? Right now? Peace and quiet. Chilling out, relaxing - whatever that entails. I have made it into an art form. But usually spending time with mates, definitely going out somewhere on a Saturday night. I like cooking, reading the papers on a Sunday. I am so easily pleased, it's ridiculous.
4. When we finally meet, how do U think that will go down? Great, I expect. Everyone who's met you says what a great guy you are. I'll probably be a little nervous, as I usually am, but once I come out of my shell, you'll be wishing I shut up. I am really looking forward to it.
5. I love London, don't you ? Not my favourite city in the UK - and I don't think I could ever live there. But I like to visit, definitely. Now Brighton... you'd LOVE that.
6. How often are you scared? Angry? Happy? Sad? Scared? A little bit scared of the future right now. I have a few things to face up to in my personal life but they were a long time coming, really. But not very often - I am strong as a bull, Dan. Angry? I used to be a right drama queen when I was younger - always having hissy fits  - but I have chilled out massively compared to then. I look back at that period of my life and cringe.  I get exasperated by things sometimes but it easily passes. Happy? I am usually very content with things but that's not quite the same is it? Working on it. Sad? I have been quite sad recently about a few things - too personal to go into here - but, again, working on it. 
7. Would we get along? Come over and find out.  I bloody hope so - if not, there's always the  I think you're an incredible guy, Dan. I see no reason why we wouldn't. . [Edited 7/17/07 16:04pm] | |
