i've been the one to say it in both instances, but only when i've figured out the situation as being mutual. i have no hang ups about who says what first because in the end actions cancel out any words ever said. | |

In all of my relationships where I LOVE YOU was said, I never said it first.
I've told one other person, who I wasn't really in a 'relationship' with that I LOVED THEM and it wasn't returned. My husband told me by writing it on my back with lotion....I pretended that I didn't notice.
