But that said, they aren't hard, fast rules. If the right person came along it wouldn't matter. It's just that chances are that the "right" person is gonna fit in that age range. But I'm open.

I think age would be more restrictive for men (at least in the direction of years his senior), and height would be more restrictive for women (for men shorter than them).

I've seen girls make the nastiest comments to my short friends (5 '7 is kind of the twilight between short and average though) and to the women, it's just good fun, but it can be very devastating to the guy. Napoleon complex or "Little Man Syndrome" is not an urban legend--that shit exists and I can't blame the poor guys.
