Rims or "They spinnin', they spinnin'!"

Can someone explain the attraction of rims on a car for me?

I understand that
it is personal choice
chrome rims on a nice car look nice

Hovever in my town, the majority of cars with the rims are total hoopties and the rims are more valuable than the car.
Wouldn't it be wiser to put that extra $2000 into a better car so you have a running car with regular rims rather than a stationary car with 22s?

And why, why, WHY would you buy rims for a girl/boy friend unless it has always been your dream to appear on "Judge Joe Brown"? You know they're leaving you with no rims and a jacked up Sprint bill!

Studies have shown the ass crack of the average Prince fan to be abnormally large. This explains the ease and frequency of their panties bunching up in it.

Thanks for the laughs, arguments and overall enjoyment for the last umpteen years. It's time for me to retire from Prince.org and engage in the real world...lol. Above all, I appreciated the talent Prince. You were one of a kind.

I thought they were a cool novelty, but why do people keep getting them?

It's like putting one of those 3-D pictures you have to cross your eyes to see up in your living room.
