What's for dinner? Include recipes when possible.
I just had a delicious prawn and crab pasta dinner. I kind of made it up as I went along so here goes. Fry diced onion and garlic in pan. Steam baby vegetables. Boil pasta. Add to onion and garlic when lightly browned, prawn, crab, vegetables and lime juice - I used half a lime (for two people) and finely chopped fresh dill Drain pasta when cooked, add to vegetables and seafood, toss, adding salt and freshly ground pepper Fold in creme fraiche and serve. Lovely.  Stretching his hand out to catch the stars, he forgets the flowers at his feet. | |
