What's for dinner?

Include recipes when possible.

I just had a delicious prawn and crab pasta dinner.

I kind of made it up as I went along so here goes.

Fry diced onion and garlic in pan.
Steam baby vegetables.
Boil pasta.
Add to onion and garlic when lightly browned, prawn, crab, vegetables and lime juice - I used half a lime (for two people) and finely chopped fresh dill
Drain pasta when cooked, add to vegetables and seafood, toss, adding salt and freshly ground pepper
Fold in creme fraiche and serve.

Lovely. drool

I am not in a cooking mood tonight either, it's hot and humid here. And the thought of turning on the stove is just not gonna happen. Chinese for 6 please!

How can you not be in a cooking mood? Open the windows, throw on some music, crack open some wine and get to it. I love cooking! dancing jig

I cook most everyday of my life, even weekends. Just to darn hot today, and I want to swim after work.
