How do you explain that emotion?

Basically it's that one feeling or emotion you experience during some form of sexual pleasure. I guess you could call it ecstacy, but really to me it's hard to define. The whole moaning and groaning that's apart of the sexual experience is all tied into this emotion? But how can it be explained? hmmm
