They love a good when animals attack story. I'm sure if that was the case, then he'd admit to it, because it wouldn't make him look as bad. The dog was probably just refusing treatment, perhaps even snapping at him. It just sounds like the man loses his cool easily considering the other incident with him and the other uncooperative dog. Speaking of dog bites.....my brother recently was bitten by a pit bull/boxer mix. He's still waiting to see if the dog has rabies. I told him to go ahead and get a tetanus shot. I think they're gonna put the dog down, because this wasn't the first incident where their dog has tried to attack people. I was told the dog even tried to attack the animal control officer. That's fucked up when people let their dogs (who are known for attacking others) just run free terrorizing the neighborhood.
"bitten" [Edited 7/13/07 12:10pm] Sorry to hear that your brother got bit by a dog. I had that happen to me once, and it's never fun. The most ironic thing about it was that the person's dog who bit me was the President of the condo association where I live. He was always telling people to keep their dogs on leashes at all times, and he didn't even do it himself. Idiot. RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.

Yeah, it's one thing to have a person's dog attack people in it's owner's yard, but this dog would actually go into other's yards. looking for you in the woods tonight Switch FC SW-2874-2863-4789 (Rum&Coke)

When my 13 yr old schnauzer was a puppy I was taking him back to the breeder to get groomed. One day we picked him up from the breeders kennel and we noticed his one eye was blood red- the entire eye. I took him to the vet the next day and he said it had to have been caused by blunt force directly to the eye.
I confronted the breeder and she said she never noticed and nothing happened while he was there. Looking back after that my dog used to hate getting out of the car once he realized where he was- that was not like him when he went places. She would always say that he was a bit hyper and that I should use more force with him. I think she was clipping him and popped him one to stay still. Still pisses me off to this day.
