On A Haunting they interview the people and recreate their story. It's not like ghost hunters where they investigate right then and there.

Interesting... I'm reading a book right now called "Is There An Afterlife? (Analysing The Evidence)" and I'm up to a chapter about "apparitions"... it presents a very grounded but open-minded view about what they might be... and reading it late at night, some of the stories recounted are SPOOKY!

I have a ghost, spirit or whatever you want to call it.
It messes with me by touching me, smacking the back of my head ,shaking my legs, tapping my foot, shaking the bed, poking me in my butt cheek, blowing cold air on me, tapping me on the back. And always when I'm going to sleep at night.

I have a little dog and sometimes he growls at the thin air. He can see what I can't. And both always happen when I'm alone. It used to freak me out alot, but not as much anymore, not to say that i still don;t like it.

I started to look into but got a little freaked out about it. I did talk to a psychic and she said it's either a lost soul or my spirit guide trying to get my attention. When it first started happening I thought I was dreaming and then realized I wasn't and was scared as hell and was afraid to go to sleep at night. I still get a little nervous sometimes when I go to bed. i never know when it's going to happen. iIeven tried telling it to leave go away, etc. It would stop for a little while and then start again. I need Sylvia Browne, lol.
