In my experience the frequency in which it happens has a lot to do with how you carry yourself. If you are sending sexy look at me/ f- me vibes out in to the air, men respond to that and look. If you are not sending out those messages, men don't look as much.
That's just from what I have experienced. In spite of the cost of living, it's still popular. |
