Hell yes, I hate it when a woman is too skinny actually. If you are a size 0 - 4 I will not, I mean refuse to date you! I like a little thickness.

Yeah, those model-types do nothing for me at all. I like women shaped like Beyonce, Mariah, J-Ho, etc. Curvy with a little thickness is cool. Fat/obese - no.

And for me, it works both ways. A man should always keep himself fit for his woman. If he lets himself go, and starts looking like Reuben Stoddard, she has the right to say something.

I have to say there is nothing wrong with a voluptuous woman. It just all depends on how the woman carrys her weight. I am a voluptuous woman, and I love the fact that I have curves. Believe it or not, I work out daily, and I believe you can be a voluptuous woman and still be healthy! Some men like women with curves, others don't...all that matters is how the woman feels about who she is. If she loves her body, that will show in her personality!

what is considered voluptuous? I am 5'5 and 132 pounds.
Am I considered voluptous?

The Despues weight loss program:

Here's how I lost 17kg (around 37.5 lbs) in about a year.

* exercise 2-3 times a week for at least 30-40 min periods, for about a year

* at the same time as this, significantly reduce sugar intake and generally

be mindful of when you're treating yourself and when you're just indulging.

* drink water or at least, not soft-drink (soda) when thirsty as often as possible

* engage in some non-work related social activity. for

example i joined a vocal group and i am convinced

this contributed to weight loss as well as increased confidence.

smile

all the best,

Coach Despues

I layed down with love and I woke up with lies

I saw that pool shot of you. I think the extra weight looks hot as it hit you in all the right places.
