Sort of like going to the Alcatraz Prison too. Morbid, yet fascinating! A major torture museum and Alcatraz are on my list of places to visit.  I've heard lots of ghost stories about Alcatraz. It has sound effects and interviews of actual former inmates and the whole place comes alive. It's really creepy!!!
And the torture museum in Rothenburg has a few iron maidens too -- that's when I learned what an iron maiden was besides a rock band. | |
