With proper presentation that makes it accessible and vivid without being speculative and commercialized, it would be great. I'd definitely go and see it. It would be popular too. I've been to the torture museum in Rothenburg, Germany and it was one of the best museums I've ever been to and a great lesson on midieval history: http://www.kriminalmuseum...page1.html Sort of like going to the Alcatraz Prison too. Morbid, yet fascinating! A major torture museum and Alcatraz are on my list of places to visit. I've heard lots of ghost stories about Alcatraz. I'd totally re-enact the Bill & Ted iron maiden scene if I visit a torture museum. looking for you in the woods tonight Switch FC SW-2874-2863-4789 (Rum&Coke)

It has sound effects and interviews of actual former inmates and the whole place comes alive. It's really creepy!!! And the torture museum in Rothenburg has a few iron maidens too -- that's when I learned what an iron maiden was besides a rock band.
