They should be more strict with rape cases....chop IT off of have them beaten or have them walk around with a sign...a detailed one.

I think it's a shame that these parents approved of this sexual relationship and eleven is young according to mentality but I don't think it's surprising that an eleven year old was thinking about and eventually engaged in sex. Kids are thinking about and engaging in sexual activities at very young ages these days. Advertising is selling sex with younger and younger models. I've seen ads of models in magazines that look about 11 years old posed in sexual postitions. Pop stars such as Britney Spears when she started out and even Dakota Fanning now became sexual in their dress at young ages. Also, people just don't care about consequences any more because the goverment and planned parenthood takes care of them. No one feels any sort of wrath anymore. And no one's being raised with responsibility as a value because the motto is 'life's short, live it up and be happy'.

You know what. I don't think the 'catholic guilt' is such a bad thing.

Why he pleaded insanity is beyond me.

Its doubtful that any doctor is going to let that little girl carrie the baby to term... she will most likely be forced into an abortion.

When the mother-to-be is under a certen age the adults get the say and if the doctors dont agree that the parents or whom ever is careing for the child are making the right decision they can ether take over and make the decision themselves or take the parents to court and fight, in which most of the time the doctors win the case.

Doctors or anyone else should not force abortions but it happens all the time.
even to adults. Doctors take people to court all the time when it comes to the physical and health risks especially when a child is involved.
