I just saw a screening of it last night in Westwood(L.A.). It was so much fun and i don't even like musicals. The experience is similar to Rocky Horror-lots of audience participation. kazoos and firecrackers were involved. Marti Noxon and Joss Whedon were there, too!!! I was having a nerd heart attack. We got to thank him for season eight and people shouted out support for Serenity, et al. It was a lovefest and The Man was touched. He even defended Dawn(Buffy's sister)! Note: part of the experience is to shout "Shut up, Dawn!" every time she's on the screen. I was very vocal in my lack of support for Dawn.

There have been some midnight showings here as well. I plan to attend the next one I can.

one of the other best episodes, imo, was the "shh" episode, where no one said a word.

buffy was ground-breaking work, in a lot of ways
