Here's a basic crepe recipe. Since I'm not a cook and don't really know anything about cooking, I can only hope this recipe is a good one.

I like the thin and a little crusty on the edges crepes. with Maple syrup or Nutella spread, or anything else sweet. Though there are some good salty ones too.

My fave crepe is the most simple. Squeeze a bit of fresh lemon and sprinkle a bit of sugar.

My favourites used to be from a now disappeared restaurant called The Magic Pan. They had a large station in the center of the dining area where you could watch them being made. There was one especially fabulous with fresh whole asparagus and a light white sauce and for dessert, a sweet black burgandy cherry with almond crepe that they would flambe'. It was insanely good.
