What do you do when you are waiting for something?

I tend to jiggle my leg or foot. Or check out my hands. Or play with my hair. Or bite my mouth.
I cannot just do nothing.
I have to be doing something to keep my mind occupied.

I jiggle my leg but I do that all the time anyway. I think alot but things I have to do, conversations I've had...issues and situations finding resolutions to them.
