I drink milk with 5 % fat every morning and evening when I take my pills. The medication works better when taken with milk than with water. FREE THE 29 MAY 1993 COME CONFIGURATION!

CarrieMpls said: So I enjoy my tea in the morning. And I drink it with milk and sugar. So I buy a small bottle of milk once a week or so and keep it at work to use for my morning tea.
This morning I stopped at a store I don't usually stop at (I like to change it up) on my way to work to pick up milk and they had a "brand" of milk I don't usually buy. When I got to work, I saw the printed expiration date is 8/21/07. What did they do to my milk that it will last for 2 months? The most I ever see on a bottle of milk is a week and a half or so. I'm a little worried. Uh oh. Let us know when you start barfing at work this afternoon. Even the thought of the slight possibility of drinking even slightly rotten milk makes me a nervous wreck. So, if it were me I wouldn't drink it. I'd throw it out. Funky milk is a

I always buy the tiny 16 oz. bottles of milk (that often cost as much more more as an entire gallon ) becuase I use it only for my tea and coffee and I can't use it up otherwise before it goes bad. This way, I can keep it longer AND buy in "bulk" so less cost and less waste as well. |

Nope. The milk was fine. Just creepy. That is weird. I would say it's a misprint, but it seems so off. I'm sure if it smells fine it's OK. You can always tell if milk is rotten by the smell, and certainly the taste. If it's sour you'll know it.

I never put regular milk in my tea. I only use it for cereal, but I've been drinking Mayfield's chocolate milk a lot lately. I mean, everyday for the past week or so. Kinda weird. As for soy milk.....I can only do chocolate.....sometimes vanilla. looking for you in the woods tonight Switch FC SW-2874-2863-4789 (Rum&Coke)

I don't see anything to worry about with the flash pasturization.
Now, all of the nasty-ass shit that's in non-organic milk. . . that's another story. STOP DRINKING THAT CRAP. Try Silk. It's quite good, and for your average American it's actually a better source of calcium than dairy. Most people (probably not you, actually) eat too much phosphorous, which can cause bone mineral loss, so getting calcium from a source that that isn't adding to their phosphorous (which milk does) is a good idea for most people. Or for gawd's sake, at least get organic and skip the hormones and antibiotics. Bleh. oh noes, prince is gonna soo me!!1!

My Trader Joe's fat free Half & half has a long shelf life, like maybe up to two months.
But remember, that's for unopened things. Once you open something it goes bad much faster. I can't stand milk anymore, except in my coffee. Soy just doesn't cut it there, though some day it just might. But for cereal I like almond milk My Legacy
