I posted my resume on CareerBuilder.com, hoping to get some good leads on a Administrative Assistant position. Instead, the emails that I have been receiving so far have been for jobs that 1) I am not qualified for, and 2) I have no interest in whatsoever.

Has this happened to any of you who have posted your resume on CareerBuilder.com? If so, please feel free to share your stories.

Well, beggars can't be choosers. But if you're not in that position, then by all means, wait for the right offer.

Just take the job you're not qualified for! It'll be like that Sienfeld episode when George takes the job and he has no idea what to do but he stays because the boss is out of town.

Yes and the jobs they sent me have not even been in my county they are too many miles away!

Same here. They keep sending me links to jobs I'd never take.
I think they're a fraud. Hotjobs, opportunityknocks, and monster too.

Happens to me often too...i took my resume down because i wasnt comfy with it bein viewable with my phone number etc
