Feeling like shit too and I do not drink or smoke. I used to order stuff from Herbal Healer all of the time and they were major advocates of that tea.

Try the Trainspotting method, as illustrated by Renton. Buckets for urine, feces and vomitus should do the trick.

Yeah honey! I know whatcha mean! I've been detoxin for about 4 days now.

I'm still "smoking like a 2-dollar whore" ( lol like a $2 whore can buy cigs!) and drinking my normal one to one & half drinks a night-ish, but I've decided to push back from the pills.

shocked Say it isn't so! biggrin

Long story short- I've reduced my pill intake dramatically. I already drink more water than anyone I know, but started drinking lots of Lime Gatorade, which hydrates better than water. Why Lime? Beats me, I usually hate "green" flavored anything but this stuff taste like melted green popsicle- which I hate- but damn I can't get enough of it!

I don't know about that detox juice- I'm thinking it's going to give you the runs! What the bottle say? You may want to have a few days off before committing to it.

I prescribe Gatorade, your fav flavor, vitamin C tabs and SWEAT! If you're detoxing nothing beats sweating it out. You don't need to be active- just lie in the sun, it will also feel good. Oh and soak in Epsom Salts! Magnesium sulfate absorbes through the skin and draws toxins from the body.

the bottle doesn't say anything about side effects - for good reason maybe... we'll see! lol i work from home, but i have a lot of meetings and classes scheduled this week eek

Gatorade makes me break out, so i'll have to stick to water. i'll check out the Epsom Salts - great idea!

they only types of detox i do are whole food detoxes

starting with quitting smoking and alcohol and junk
food for about a week. during this period i only
drink more water and don't do anything else.

second week i juice vegetables for breakfast, about
2 to 3 large glasses made up out of 9 different sorts
of veggies always including fresh garlic and ginger

for the rest of the day i just eat normal meals and
drink herbal teas instead of coffee

third week i start eat a mix of cooked seeweads and
mungbeans or aduki beans with every meal. you just
make a batch and put it in the fridge. very good
nutrition and very strong detox value.

after 3 weeks i take a month of silimarin or milk
thistle capsules for liver cleansing and renewal.

that's about it.

i guess the crash detox works for some people but
i find it very taxing on the body and it makes me
feel lifeless and sick for too long.

steadily cleansing and steadily replacing the tox
with good healthy wholefood nutrition.

i don't really believe in cure all pills, they
always always always upset your bodily balance.

nod

having said all that, i've been smoking like mad
again, drinking about 7 cups of instant each day
and eating the worst possible food

sad

i'm such a slacker.
and true love lives on lollipops and crisps
