old school orger's help me out!! who remembers all the good cartoons and shows --the one's that would come on saturdays from 8 am until like noon! superfriends, scooby doo, battle of the planets, plastic man. everything now sucks (for me anyway, the kids seem to really like this new stuff and roll their eyes like they're possessed when i talk about how wnedy and marvin couldn't fuck with zan and jana )

Everything´s going downhill...music, cartoons, Hollywood movies, the USA and its liberties and its reputation, fastfood , Prince´s music..everything...we´re doomed...it´s all going to the dogs ...everything....it´s sooooo saaaaad...everything is fucked up these days...Hip Hop is also taking a decline..and cars don´t look as good as they used to...everything is baaaaad.


Seriously though, have you ever read Phil Phillip´s "Saturday Morning Mind Control" ?

I once heard that the cost of the morning cartoon shows was very high BUT ABC has returned to the morning kids show line up with just putting their Disney stuff on....

I know exactly what you are talking about. I would kill to see some good Bugs Bunny, or some Captain Caveman!

I think for the most part, new cartoons are better than older ones... When I see the old Superfriends, I can't believe I was entertained by that... I think they seriously underestimated a child's intelligence back then... Billy and Mandy kicks ass!
