Its easy to test this. Go to "My Org" and it will tell you something like this:

"You have sent 239 orgNotes, and received 220 (a 1:0.9 ratio.)"

You can delete them too, if they haven't been read already. I've done that a time or two.

Seems most orgers have this similar ratio. Either everybody is changing their avatar all the time or there are a handful of people who nobody likes.
