Why do guys lie about penis size?

I've really never known a guy to REALLY lie about it. Yanno what I mean. I've had them JOKINGLY lie about it....but never with the intent of me ACTUALLY BELIEVING it.

I would think that a guy who really did try to decieve about it is just insecure.
