As for the first girl @ the top of the thread, I think she's too muscular. She's not gross that those other body builder women but she's not soft enough imo - I wouldn't wanna look like that. Her shoulders are too big, her butt is angular, her calves are veiny

Yep...weight training(combined with some cardio) will burn the fat off you in no time. I see more women at my gym into the weights, but not enough do the (free-weight) bench press. I always encourage them to try it when they ask me for direction.

I imagine once you do all of that madness to your body, in such a severe way, it must limit what you can do in terms of a longtime, legitimate fitness career (one actually based on health principles), so I guess they had to find another outlet for making money with the monstrous bodies they've created. All I know is that if I needed a trainer to get 'in shape', I would NEVER want a Denise Messina. Cause the whole time she would be there trying to lecture me on health and excercise, all I'd be thinking is,

'Lady, you've taken enough horse pills to bulk up to the size of the green Hulk and grow yourself a penis. I think that hardly makes you an authority of healthy body priciples'
