What do you cook best?(Inspired by my dinner)

I just got done making some bomb ass Aroz con Pollo! The stuff was so tasty when I ate it I said, "Damn, this is some tasty goodness, I'm gonna write a thread about it. Was gonna call it aroz con pollo, but people (xcept for the latin set) would be like wtf? This is one of the things I cook well but my best dish is either anything on a Bar B Q, or this thing I call bad girls pasta, its like spaghetti thats cooked in olive oil, a light tomatoe paste but has shrimps, sausage, and red and green bell peppers with grated mozzerella. Serve it with garlic bread and porto and its instant vintage. I cook this dish when I want to either a) impress friends and relatives b) get as spats would call it "sacktime". This is the one dish that has gotten me sacktime everytime. Aphrodisiac food! So what do you cook best!

Pollito con papas!
I really like spicy food. I mostly put Jalapenos on a lot of my food.

Yeah, it is a Caribbean thing. I'm Dominican so I got it from there, but it is also made in Puerto Rico.

I make a nice salad.

I'm an OK cook when I want to be, I guess. I just don't do it often enough to really get good at it. I tend to make the same few things over and over in rotation between getting take-out. And I'm better at putting things together than really cooking from scratch.
