I can't fall asleep! I am trying to go to sleep, but I can't. Any good ideas on how to achieve sleep? I really like spicy food. I mostly put Jalapenos on a lot of my food.

A short walk in the fresh (hopefully) night air. Not too brisk walk, a stroll might do it. I know how you feel, I get this several times a month and it lasts for a few days each time.  Good luck  | |
