Steelers Will Win the Superbowl Steelers are head and shoulders above the rest of the league. Indy will challenge in the AFC. The Bengals will win 10 games. The NFC is wide open. Philly, Tampa and San Fran will compete to go all the way. The Redskins will surprise a lot of teams, but with their defense not their silly offense. The Rams will be lucky to get a wild-card spot. You heard it here first.

You got the right answer in their somewhere. The day Kordell Stewart leads anyone to a Super Bowl is the day...well...the day Prince turns into a speed metal band. Won't happen.

You've got to be kidding about the Steelers. That's made me laugh. Kordell Stewart doesn't know how to lead a team (last Super Bowl vs. Dallas, remember that?) The Patriots are the team to beat as defending champs. The 49ers, Rams, and 'Skins will be the NFC teams to beat. Steelers? Not even close. Whack Steelers You saw it first here.

Super Bowl vs. Dallas, remember that?) Apparently you don't remember it either. Kordell Stewart was not the starting QB on that Steeler team that went to the Super Bowl. Perennial second stringer Neil O'Donnell was. The sole reason for that failure. The Patriots are the team to beat as defending champs.
Credibility right out the window. Anybody who thinks the Patriots are more than a one year phenomenon is fooling themselves. This post not for the wimp contingent. All whiny wusses avert your eyes.

But he never developed to his full potential once he did gain starting position. The Patriots are the team to beat as defending champs.
Credibility right out the window. Anybody who thinks the Patriots are more than a one year phenomenon is fooling themselves. ouch. Guess I deserved that one. But it's still true--until they're eliminated from playoff contention, every team in the NFL will be playing their A game to beat 'em. I still think the Steelers aren't that good.

Well, of course, every team that wins the previous year's title is being gunned for by every other team. As far as the Steelers; I have no idea how good they are this season. I usually don't even form an opinion about it until the regular season is finished. Actually, I was surprised they won 13 games last season. This post not for the wimp contingent. The Steelers had a good regular season and just kinda folded in the playoffs. It's like Cowher isn't willing (or able) to get a decent receiver for Kordell to throw to, or they can't settle on a decent offensive coordinator to help the offense run smoothly. Those 2 things IMO will keep the team from getting deeper in the playoffs.

Steelers can't even Win Games at Home during the AFC Championship.they are 1-3 at Home for the AFC Championship.now my Bills were 4-0 in AFC Championship Games.I thin Bill Cowher might Arguably be the Best Coach in the NFL today when you consider He wins with so Little.I use to call Bill Cowher the Felipe Alou of Football.the former Montreal Expo Manager would do well after He lost so many Superstar Players&still find a Way to be in the thick of things.Bil Cowher is the same way.but the Realitys set in during the AFC Championship Games. mistermaxxx

Those 2 things IMO will keep the team from getting deeper in the playoffs. Good points. And those are most things people don't realize when they criticize Kordell. Ever since Yancey Thigpen left the receiving crew has been lacking. But Ward and Burress had big years last year, making it possible for Kordell and in turn the team to succeed. They came into their own. They've had the same offensive coordinator for a couple of years now, I think. Which also helps. The flip flopping of all of them over the last several years didn't exactly help the team or Kordell as a young QB. The young players on the team have grown a lot. The only thing that can keep them from continuing to grow is the "i" word - which can affect every team. Watch out for rookie Antwaan Randle El. This post not for the wimp contingent. So I have to still stick with my opinion that the Pats won't win the Super Bowl again this season, but at the same time...at least at this point they're better than most people thought.
