Ive been to a lot of places in Mexico and the southest was Morelia, Michoacan. Ive been to the beaches of Mazatlan and Puerto Vallarta. I really like spicy food. Is Mazatlan a tourist-friendly or family-friendly locale? Puerto Vallarta is more of a colony type of city. I happened to stay at the Marriot Casamagna and Fiesta Americana Hotels and due to the beaches having a lot of big rocks and stones we did not go into the beach at all! So Puerto Vallarta did not have banana rides or that kind of thing, but Mazatlan does. Mazatlan has a lot of package deals in which a families can get taken to different islands that are packed with activities like banana ride and stuff like that. I think Mazatlan was a lot cheaper than Puerto Vallarta. I really like spicy food. I mostly put Jalapenos on a lot of my food.

Also, at this hotel they have bracelets for the guests in the Inn At Mazatlan so that people that are not from the hotel wont be wandering around. [Edited 6/17/07 19:15pm] I really like spicy food.
