I can't get it. Our realtor changed her password on Navica. Everyone tells me how crazy it is though. Even a county over shit triples in price. lol

Oh...so it's not like a Debit card (like I use) which basically is a Visa that pulls money out of your checking account...you're actually using a Credit Card to pay for food and utilities...then pay for it at the end of the month, and rack up on Frequent Flyer miles & stuff???
hmmm If so...then that's INGENIOUS!

Actually yeah, thats exactly what we do....except we use our extra points towards our Mortgage....its a Visa with CountryWide points.

We have a debit card but never use it.

Ugh!!! Your mortgage payment is only $1000!!!!!

Yeah we live in a low cost area.

We bought our last house for FIFTY GRAND and sold it for 110 thousand and put the downpayment on this one.

Its on a little more than an acre. In the best school district in the area. Brick Rancher. 1400 square feet. Attached garage. 3 bedroom 2 bath. All modern except for the bathrooms are outdated.

How much would it be in Cali? Shits cheap here.

Dear lord!! Houses, and I mean fixer uppers go for 850,000 average here!! I live in what used to be my parents house, they bought it in 1964 for 17,000.
It was just valued at 950,000! and it's nothing too exciting! just an average 4 bedroom 2 bath, with backyard kinda deal.

My biggest expense is my daughters go to private school, they both have since kindergarden, and so did my son. Sadly I am not a big fan of the public school system in my town (santa barbara) I would rather have to pay 500.00 a month for both girls then send them to public. And that's with scholarships!
