On Saturday, I went out for dinner and drinks with two of my friends and then we went to see 'Knocked Up'. On Sunday, I went to church and then I stayed home for the rest of the day because I hurt my ankle and couldn't walk well .



What did you do?

Took all the kids,loaded up the car and went to central Washington to visit my family.

Friday night my co-workers took me to karaoke for a going away party

Saturday I went to six flags

Sunday I cleaned my apartment, a task that comtinues into today

did some BBQ, went to the Taste of Italy festival, and then went to the Much Music Awards but left pretty early since there were too many screaming girls.

Friday - went out with friends for my bday. Drank and danced and such.
Saturday - watched a lot of Buffy, read and slept all day.
Sunday - had dinner and spent time with my parents and watched more Buffy.

It was another lazy weekend.

Saturday went swimming, did some cooking, watched Britains got Talent, saw local ska band in pub, then stayed up with mate talking and listenin to music til about 4

sunday went for jog, then undone all the good work by spending afternoon in pub, then watched BGT again.

Friday - Met up with Charlotte and checked out the latest exhibition at the Modern Arts Museum. Then we went for a walk in the park, had ice cream at the top of big hill with an excellent view, had dinner at a pasta restaurant and rented a video at night. In other words nothing extraordinary, but nice all the same.

Saturday - A slow day. I had a bit of a headache and the only thing I accompished was to respond to a bunch of e-mails.

Sunday - Celebrated my birthday with my family and relatives during the day. Then at night I met up with some friends on a boat which hosted a Thai restaurant. It was lots of fun, despite the pouring rain.

Friday - Mowed yard (takes two hours - big yard). Had dinner at home with family and friends. Played guitar with family. Wife could not sing "I Feel for You" at all. She blamed my guitar, said it was "too high". I laughed, blamed it on the wine. Daughter tore up "Beautiful, Loved and Blessed".

Saturday - Took family to IHOP for breakfast. Son and I got haircuts. Spent the rest of the day cleaning house. Went out for dinner at new Japanese steakhouse. It was great.

Sunday - Got family up early. Wife and daughter went to daughter's first photoshoot. I ran the lights at both church services. Picked up son, went to Astros game with son, father-in-law and brother-in-law. Met rest of family for dinner. Came home, cleaned interiors of both cars. Gave performance lessons to daughter (she is attending rock 'n roll camp this week). Got Father's Day gift, which included a toy frog. I hate frogs. Was absolutely dead tired, went to be at 11:00. WOKEN UP BY BULLFROG AT 1:00 AM AND AM STILL NOT HAPPY ABOUT IT. Did I mention I hate frogs?

How as "Knocked Up"?

friday: watched tv and relaxed
saturday: ran errands, cleaned, did laundry watched tv in between
sunday: cooked, washed my hair, did last load of laundry, visited relatives, talked to my dad and brother for dad's day

That has happened in my family too. Some of my cousins are older than some of my aunts and uncles. It makes me to think my grandparents were still getting down when they already had a bunch of grandkids

Friday, I did a little in-house Karaoke. I'm rusty, and started out with a little Queen. It was heinous and brief.

Saturday I disgusted myself with playing video games. Lady M went to see Gwen Stefani, so I stayed home and watched Twin Peaks season 2 & played guitar.

Sunday we walked to the junction. I bought Lady M a pair of shoes at this new boutique (being the only guy at a women's shoe boutique gave me some interesting insight into this phenomenon, I felt like I was doing field research). Hit Easy St. Record Store (bought Bjork's Vespertine; Lady M's sister bought Journey's GH-used & Bob Segar's GH-new. Stopped by the Farmer's Market and had lunch at the Brewery. Took a nap. Drank myself to a buzz while weeding the garden & front yard. Played more guitar, this time acoustic.

Oh, I also took some photos because I was getting tired of my myspace photo and I didn't like any of the other pics that I had.
