What do we have to give our all to? Does it matter if it's a good thing or not?

achievement is like a pie that never goes stale, because you're always baking it therefore it's always fresh. certainly you like pie. that makes you an achiever. think outside the box.

Great food analogy. From the crust to filling, all ingredients are essential in making the palatable masterpiece.

Somehow I'm thinking you're thinking that rather than giving a man a fish, or indeed teaching him how to fish so he can feed his whole family, you're saying I can give him old fish and he'll eat it, begrudgingly, and thank me for it. hmm

if he doesn't like the old fish you gave him then he can damn well go out and catch his own fish. nobody guaranteed him quality fish in life. i don't know where this man got his sense of entitlement. i'd like a word with him if you don't mind. is he on the org?

You show very little empathy towards the hypothetical fish man and this worries me as a fellow Taoist. sad Sure, if there are plentiful catchable fish in his area it's presumptuous that I should choose, on an altruistic whim, to either give him one supermarket bought fish or teach him how to catch fresh ones, considering the fact that he's a grown man and therefore must have eaten before and seen the means by which he could do so, but still, your words hurt little baby Tao..sus. confused

my non-involvement in this man's fish problem is, i think, bythebookfully taoist. maybe i could work on the righteous indignation trip a little. actually, i would ask the man if he really had to eat a fish instead of a nice vegan casserole. i don't know if that's taoisty or not, but that's probably what i would do.

What post? Nagarjuna told me it's time to go to bed, but what bed? There is no bed, only processes. Suffice it to say, I'm in the process of being completely wasted on beerstuffs and will now be going to sleep. Goodnight, warm underbelly of Anx. hug

I am soooo the oposite of this thread right now. Only because I gave it my all yesterday and my client almost gave me his all. We ended up arguing very loudly and the Sheriff Deputy had to come in and see if I was allright. We said our "fuck you's" and he left.....back to his cell.

By the time I added 'Visio a workflow for implementing achievement as a repeatable process' to my book of work, I was spent.

I'm giving it a 3rd quarter due date. Depends on if it passes governance.
