seriously, the body can go days and days without food. Water about 3 days and you really start facing problems.

When you feel thirsty, you're dehydrated. Food is different, and it's not so bad to feel hungry sometimes. In fact that's the only time you should eat.

Seriously though cause I havent been able to eat or drink for the past 45 hours,
I dont feel that bad just have a horrible headache and feel really tired.

You can go a long time without eating but atleast suck on some ice chips or something.
