Man, i saw my sister standing at the foot of my bed in the dress she was buried in.

I was watching some lame ass shopping show at 3 am or so one sleepless night about 2 months ago and something in to corner of my eye caught my attention I looked over to the other couch in the dim light and there sat my best friends mom ( died around 4 yrs ago ) she looked at me and said "I like that one" - the ring that the station was selling- and then she just slowly faded away as i stared at her

stuff like this has gone on most my life and often

I do not share many of my experiences I tire of trying to defend something that really happens to me to others that do not share the same experience.

I got suspended for a day in grade ( 5th grade ) school because I shared something I saw with the teacher ... she FREAKED and called me a liar and had me sent home for the day simply because I explained to her the man I saw standing next to her @ her desk. It was her Father who had passed away just months prior ( like I knew that or him ) She insisted I said that to hurt her

This probably isn't anything, but lots of times when I'm just on the verge of falling alseep I'll hear a scream that'll jolt me back awake. I've also been awakened in the middle of the night by loud noises that seemingly come from nowhere.

I've left my body a few times....like astral projection....floated down my hallway
saw a guy that looked like my mom's ex...he was sitting on my couch with his hands reached out to me...I didn't trust him so I stayed away....a man was in my mom's room and he closed the door in my face...had an angry look on his face.
My mom said she had a dream she was in a hospital dying I guess and I was there screaming mom mom! Then my mom saw a flash and a ball of light....
Another time I projected I was at my bedroom doorway and I saw a tall lady...her face was soooo bright, I couldn't see from the neck up.
ok, then there's the Freddie experiences...but i don't want to sound crazy...so I'll leave that out.
Another time when I astral projected someone pulled me out of my body I felt their hands under my arms.
My old friends mom passed...she was a nice lady and in my dreams I saw her sickly walking around like she was dying and her son packing her clothes.
My mom's ex's mom died and I saw her in a dream...I thought something was weird about the dream when I saw her...she looked up at me, but I just walked away.
Sometimes I have lucid dreams...knowing you are asleep in a dream...and I would...sometimes call spirits aloud...that's probably bad.
wish I could see spirits like some of you had...like while awake. Very cool experiences.

I always suffered from sleep paralysis...I read it was hereditary and my mom said she had it when she was a kid....so that's how I've been able to try astral projection.

My brother believes in the paranoramal things. He told me some crazy stories. He once told he seen a white shadow standin' at the end of his bed, and another he felt somethin' tug on his shirt.

While sleeping one day I woke up but could not move any part of my body, I tried to move but nothing happened, I thought I had died. Then a few minutes later I was able to open my eyes and all of a sudden I had this tingly sensation (like when your foots asleep) through out all of my body which slowly started to fade. When that feeling was no longer there I was able to move everything . I was so scared I didnt want to go back to sleep but I was so exhausted that I started falling asleep again and the tingly feeling started coming back starting at my finger tips and moving up my arm but as soon as I opened my eyes it left my body. I was not able to sleep the rest of the night. I went to the doctor that week and was told I was probably under a lot of stress The weird thing is that several other family members that live here have experienced this as well while sleeping but it never happened to me again.

You should do a search on sleep paralysis. When it first happened to me I couldn't sleep...I used to run into my moms room to sleep, but she would kick me out....I slept with the lights on all night.

I am OBSESSED with UFO's. I'm very very very very afraid of aliens too. I can watch annnnyyy horror movie in the world and not even be phased, but if i see something that has to do with aliens I freak out and cant sleep for days.

I have not had a paranormal experience.

A girl from our circle of friends tragically passed away. Us girls spent a weekend at one of our old hang outs and had somewhat of a memorial and reunion. My friend Sue awoke with a very clean, precise scratch on her arm. It was the letter 'T' and our friend who passed away was named Tiffany. She was definitely there with us in spirit.

Late at night I can sometimes feel something in our room or out on the balcony, always in the same corner of the house. Used to give me terrible shivers but now I'm ok with it. I've never seen anything but I'm all too aware when it happens. I used to dive straight into bed. Now I'm quite often up late watching sports events (due to timezone differences) so I can't be fussed with doing that every time.

My brother in law has had the sleep paralysis thing, I think. He felt like he had someone kneeling on his chest, holding his arms down. Isn't that something to do with Incubus or Succubus? There's a scientific reason though, right?

Oh, we do get footsteps out on the landing and on the stairs when nobody else is upstairs. Mon's parents sleep downstairs, while we're upstairs. Mon's sister and brother sometimes stay upstairs in the back and middle room respectively, and I'll hear footsteps quite often out there and just think it's one of them. Sometimes it turns out that both have stayed elsewhere that night.
