I really like spicy food. I mostly put Jalapenos on a lot of my food.

Professional hairstylists are very very very hard to find. Once you find one who is professional they can't style for shit. If they can style the hell out of your hair, they are unprofessional and you end up having to choose whether or not you want to put up with their bullshit or find somebody else.

I totally disagree with that. I have only had one stylist who was unprofessional -- and it was because she had a drug problem. (She did do great hair, though.) I bailed on her four years ago in favor of someone who worked for her at the time (who has since gone out on her own). This woman is completely professional and reliable -- and my hair looks great. (People ask me all the time who cuts it.)

The person who cut my hair for the longest period of time (over 20 years) did a great job. But he gradually stopped going to shows and taking additional training in new methods -- so I had to fire him.

For someone my age, I have probably had the fewest stylists of anyone I know. I've just been really lucky, I guess.

A lot of people have a difficult time communicating what they want -- especially when it comes to something like a hairstyle. Even if you show the stylist a picture, it's open to interpretation. You need to talk about what you are seeing versus what they are seeing.

(Not saying that's true of you -- just making a general comment.)
