I know people who say that, too, and I hate it, but they are so obviously decent people who aren't saying it to hurt someone I grudgingly forgive them for it. Most importantly, they're not saying it to someone in an argument.

If someone calls me a fag at work, whether we are in private or in front of other people, I'm going to do everything in my power to get them fired. That's called harassment and it's something I don't tolerate.

I don't know where he said it first but I definately saw the clip of him at some function saying "No, I did not call him a faggot" with a smurk on his face that I would have liked to have slapped off.
