I'm thinking he must have not gotten along with his co-workers in general or this would have stayed private and they could have worked it out. Too bad though, I prefer his character to George's. I'm not sure I can take much more of the George/Izzy dramathon. Later he came back and said, "I never called him a "f". sooooo.....he didn't learn from the first go around.

Most importantly, they're not saying it to someone in an argument. But it amazes me that people still say it, especially in the SF Bay Afea!! My Legacy

If someone calls me a fag at work, whether we are in private or in front of other people, I'm going to do everything in my power to get them fired. That's called harassment and it's something I don't tolerate. If someone calls me a fag when we are off work, I am going to scheme every dirty underhanded scheme I can think of to fuck them up because I'm a dirty evil bitch that you don't want to cross. I enjoy and live for revenge. I don't know where he said it first but I definately saw the clip of him at some function saying "No, I did not call him a faggot" with a smurk on his face that I would have liked to have slapped off. Isaiah was at work, in a fight with a CO-WORKER and uttered the word. ABC handled it internally but then the fool said it AGAIN. This wasn't an out and out firing. His termination is fair. Same with Imus who wasnt the first to be fired for saying something like that over the airwaves. There's a difference in walking down the street and saying whatever...they were on their jobs. Paris Hilton has used the n word a number of times...but since the heffa doesn't work....she can't ben fired Paris was caught on film saying the same thing as Isaiah too, but wasn't called out for it the way that Isaiah was. looking for you in the woods tonight Switch FC SW-2874-2863-4789 (Rum&Coke)

I personally think the right to say whatever you want is more valuable than the idea that everyone has the right to live in a free society without being offended.
And I don't think celebrities are such wonderful people that when they're assholes they should have to apologize the entire world for it. So what if he did call somebody whatever? I don't know him personally and don't pretend to. I'm gay, but maybe in the same situation I'd have called the guy a fag, too. And if I apologized to anyone, it would have been to THAT guy, not to the whole friggin' world. God help me on the day I get offended because of something some dumbfuck actor says. Or demand an apology for something that wasn't even said to or about me. It's better than holding people publicly responsible for private converstations. You have to be a little thicker skinned than that to live in a free society.

I agree. But I don't understand, I thought they had all cleared these issues and gotten over it. I can't see why they had to go as far as kicking him out of the show. You know a lawsuit's coming. I heard Imus was considering one too. Remember, Isaiah is a black man who is making himself as a victim. So I wouldn't be surprise if he reach out for help from the NAACP, The Nation Of Islam, Jesse Jackson, OR Al Sharpton. My fear is that it could get ugly.
