"White chocolate" is a misnomer. Although white chocolate is processed in the same way (from cacao beans) as chocolate and does contain cocoa butter, white chocolate doesn't contain the two primary ingredients of chocolate, that being chocolate liquor and/or cocoa solids - and lower-quality white chocolate often uses vegetable oil instead of cocoa butter.

I looooove dark chocolate (as in...85% cocoa or higher).

I also love the artisan chocolates of Vosges -- they have them with chile, curry and coconut flakes, ginger and wasabi -- even one with bacon and smoked salt. drool

Vosges comes up with some really innovative flavor combinations for their truffles.

I think Godiva chocolate is too strong. I like Toblerone and Nutella.
I really like spicy food. I mostly put Jalapenos on a lot of my food.

Since my thread was locked because i was getting too naughty. I will try to stay in threads like this smile

So have u guys tried Butler's Chocolate? I'm not sure if u can get it in the states. I got it in Ireland and England and its gorgeous! Its quite expensive but worth it. It has several kinds of pralines and it comes in nice white boxes. The best chocolate I ever had even though we have real nice German and Swiss chocolate here.

I like all chocolates.....but I only like dark chocolate if it's paired with coconut or mint. What's with all the white choc. hatred? eek I love white chocolate. I know a lot of people who used to hate dark chocolate as children, but acquire a taste for it as they get older. I'm like this.
