Maybe we should try cleaning our colons with fruit & veggies & fasting rather than burgers & colonics. We have lots of good bacteria in there that would be flushed out, too.

They say all kinds of crazy shit comes out during a colonic. But then, that's where food is digested, shouldn't there be a bunch of crazy shit in there?

The only way to lose ten pounds with colonics pronto is to have ten pounds of you-know-what packed in you.

However, once your colon is cleansed it will be work more efficiently.

It doesn't hurt, I try to have one twice a year. The first time is a little wierd, but worth it.

I don't know, they say there's years of meat (and probably all the gum I swallowed as a kid) in there. Maybe it's a good idea.

But like I said about bacteria, it's not something you should do often, just like antibiotics. You need your guts to be full of bacteria to be healthy. Colonics must flush them out.
