21 (22 in July) dating a 29-year-old. No problems here. I think an equal level of maturity - not equal age - is the key. He took a risk on me as he usually dates guys 5-10 years older than he is. I am a lot more serious and relationship-oriented than the average guy my age, though, so maybe that helps.
